12) Purchases, refunds, and cancellations

We do not offer refunds for services purchased via the website. For commissioned projects, payment, cancellation, and any refund rights will be set out in the Service Agreement or Statement of Work and, unless expressly stated otherwise there, are non-refundable.

13) Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for: (a) loss of profit, revenue, business, or goodwill; (b) loss or corruption of data; (c) indirect or consequential loss.
If we are found liable to you in connection with your use of the site, our total liability will be limited to £100.

14) Indemnity (business users)

If you use the site on behalf of a business, you agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

15) Governing law
